Over the past three years, I have been a devoted member of IC's PRSSA chapter and have served in many different leadership positions. As a public relations organization, we focus on educating our members on the practice of public relations and nurturing their professional development.

 

My first year, I served as the Director of Philanthropy and Outreach. In this role, I assisted putting together our annual fundraiser, Swish for Make-A-Wish, During my second year in the organization, I was promoted to the Director of Communications. In the communications role, I was responsible for external & internal outreach and media relations intiatives

 

This year, I was asked to step into the role of Co-President.
